1. Quiet hours are between 00:00 and 9:00. Siesta from 3.30 p.m. to 5.00
    p.m.
2. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment and the entire building.
3. Check-in from 17:00 to 21:00 and check-out from 9:00 to 12:00.
4. A fee of €20 is charged for each hour of stay in the apartment after 12:00 on
    the day of departure.
5. It is forbidden to organize stag parties, hen parties and similar celebrations on
    the premises.
6. A damage deposit of EUR 300 will be required upon arrival. The deposit must
    be paid in cash. (except when operated by the booking.com portal).
7. The deposit will be refunded in full in cash at the time of check-out after
     checking the condition of the apartment (except when operated by the
     booking.com portal).
8. When the air conditioning is on, it is essential to close the windows and the
    terrace.
9. Please lock the door every time you leave the house.
10. Children staying in the apartment must be accompanied by their parents or
       guardians.
11. It is forbidden to stay on the premises of the facility more than indicated in
      the reservation.
12. It is forbidden to take towels from the apartment to the beach.
13. The guest is financially responsible for any damage or defects in the
       apartment caused by the guest's actions.
14. It is the guest's responsibility to notify the landlord immediately of any
       damage or loss to the apartment.
